This scope is for the development of Construction plans for the addition of a second lane on Maybank Highway (SC 700) northbound off of Johns Island from the intersection of Maybank Highway and River Road to the Stono River Bridge.
The scope and fee for design has been approved. In the design phase, preliminary plans underway. 30% plans anticipated by 3rd Quarter 2025.
